Hey I got an idea. Why don’t I start a blog. Except instead of me writing all of the blog posts, I’ll ask other people to contribute. And instead of paying them, I’ll just keep all the adverting for myself. It’s pure profit. How can I lose?

I’m starting a blog about the stupid, horrible, hysterical things we’ve done for love and relationships . . . You know, like the time you dressed up like George Michael? Or how about when you became a Unitarian? Ever get a dog because an SO loved them?
There are so many funny stories out there– our first one will be about a girl who becomes a dominatrix (professionally) for love. No joke!

How about the time you tried to start a blog except you didn’t want to do any of the writing yourself and instead tried to solicit a bunch of freelancers to do the work for free? Oh you’re right.

I am looking for under 1000 word stories about “Things You’ve Done for Love.” That’s right– so cool, it’s capitalized.
I’m starting a blog dealing with the ways in which we’ve all been idiots in relationships. Did you switch religions for a love? Maybe wear something no one on this earth should wear? Try polyamory? Do tell!
The feel will be “This American Life” meets, um, something a little sexier. Can’t wait to hear from you!!
